Coconut Water

Joe had to admit that spending a summer day at the beach wasn't so bad. In fact, it was quite enjoyable. Maybe he would listen to Gai's ideas more in the future.

Although, he wasn't doing much of anything different from usual. Even there, on a pretty hot day, he was still doing his sit-ups. He could see Marvelous and Luka playing Volleyball against Don and Gai a few meters away from him, but he didn't bother to pay much attention to it (aside from the times Don fell over, which had been quite a few).

As for Ahim, he could see her sitting closer to their game, as she was the one actually keeping score, using the many seashells she had found in that same beach as her way to keep track of the scores for both teams while she drank coconut water.

It was all fine until the ball had hit Don's face a bit too hard, knocking him back. Due to that, they had decided to take a short break to make sure he was alright and let themselves rest.

Ahim stood up from the spot where she was seated. She turned around, then smiled as she saw Joe. She walked up to him, then sat beside him.

Joe paused his sit-ups, quietly smiling back at Ahim. She looked cute in anything, but the frilly pink bikini suited her very well. And her hair being tied back meant he could see even more of her face.

"Do you want some?" She offered him the coconut water.

Joe felt his cheeks getting just slightly hotter. Did she notice he was staring at her when she sat down? He just hoped the blush wasn't noticeable. "Sure." He took the coconut water from her hands.

It tasted sweet, like her.
